Thank you for visiting and shopping at uphillshop.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We currently only offer shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

U.S. Shipping Methods & Costs

FREE shipping on all US orders.

Estimated transit time: 10 - 15 business days via USPS.
Due to COVID-19, the shipping time may be longer than usual for some locations (rare cases up to 21 business days).

Order Processing: all orders are processed within 3 business days.

Why is my entire order not here?
Your favorite products are shipped directly to you from our supplier. This business model allows us to save on storage and transportation costs, occasionally we will ship items out in multiple packages. If your order has not arrived altogether please allow 3-5 business days for the remaining items to arrive.

Cancelling an Order or Changing a Shipping Address

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders, edit the contents of orders, or change shipping addresses once orders have been placed.
